These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nifty Invoice (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (business details, invoices, etc.).
• Do not misuse the Service (no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or activity).

2. Accounts and Authentication

Some features may require authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In via Firebase). You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.

3. Content and Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate the Service.
• You represent you have the rights necessary to upload logos and other materials and that your use does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service or underlying infrastructure.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Functions/Run). Your use is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
